Gisteren startte het weekend hier droog; zo fijn om dan weer wat bladeren uit de tuin van de paden en het gras af te halen... Nadat we binnen ook nog een hoop gedaan hebben om het huis weer een stukje winter/binnen-blijf klaar te maken heb ik vandaag tussen alle drukte door wat rust gezocht in mijn hobbykamertje. Daar nog een kerstkaart en iets anders in CaS-stijl gemaakt. Je vind hieronder ook nog een kaart met een boom die ik van de week gemaakt heb.
Afgelopen week weer een gezellige middag aan een techniek of materiaal besteed en dit keer was het aquarel. Dus lag de keukentafel bezaaid met aquarelpapier van verschillende diktes, kwasten en waterpennen en zowat alle aquarelkleurmiddelen die ik heb, waarbij we de Distress inkten zo veel mogelijk vermeden hebben. Oeps; je kunt wel merken dat ik het leuk vind om met water te kliederen; op de tafel was echt geen vrij plekje meer te vinden... Heerlijk; je word er lekker "zen" van om zo te werken en dat kan ik wel gebruiken in een drukke week!

After working inside on a lot to make the house a bit more winter/stay-in - ready today I looked for some quiet time in my craftroom between our bussy shedule. I made a christmascard and something else in CAS-style and below you can find a card with a tree that I made this week.
Last week I met with a stampingfriend and had another fun afternoon playing with one material or technique and this time we choose aquarel. So the kitchentable was ful of different aquarelpapers, brushes and waterbrushes and almost all the aquarelcolouringtools that I own, we just tried to avoid the Distress Inks. Oeps; it shows that I like to do watercolouring; on the table was no free spot left... So good to do; you get totally in a "zen"-mode working like that and that was just what I was looking for in a bussy week!
