Woesh... en het is weer weekend! Deze week vloog voorbij... Dat komt misschien ook doordat de Paasmaandag en dus een lang weekend erin zat. Ik heb genoten van het zonnige weer en vandaag begint ook al met een lekker zonnetje. Wel voel ik me wat gammel; nadat ik al weken telkens weer langs een flinke verkoudheid glipte van heel veel mensen in mijn omgeving die er last van hadden, heeft het me nu dan toch te pakken... Gisteravond dus vroeg naar bed en daardoor vandaag ook weer vroeg op, maar dat geeft ook weer een lekker begin van het weekend. Natuurlijk hebben we heel wat van de normale HH dingen gedaan en wat weekend klusjes, maar door het vroeg opstaan had ik tijd om wat te maken. Ik heb een van mijn nieuwste stempels gebruikt voor de 1e kaart waarbij ik de 3 kleuren van de uitdaging bij CAS Colours and Sketches heb gebruikt. Het bruin van de hond is gemaakt door het rood en groen te mengen... je hebt vaak maar zo weinig nodig om iets kleur te geven...
Voor de 2e kaart heb ik weer een van mijn nieuwste stempels gebruikt en ook weer cirkels...
Woesh... and it's the weekend again! This week flew by... Maybe that is because we had Easter Monday and therefore a long weekend in this week. I enjoyed the sunny weather and today also starts with sunshine. I do feel a bit rickety; after weeks of slipping past a serious cold from many people in my surroundings who suffered from it, it has now got to me after all... So I went to bed early last night and therefore up early today, but that also makes for a nice start to the weekend. Of course we did a lot of the normal HH stuff and some extra weekend things, but getting up early gave me time to make something.
I used one of my newest stamps for the 1st card and used the colours of the challenge from CAS Colours and Sketches. The brown of the dog was made by mixing the red and green; often you need so little to give it colour...
For the 2nd card I used again one of my newest stamps and again circles...
