Afgelopen week geen stempelmiddag en van alles wat niet helemaal volgens plan gebeurde en ook dit weekend was er van alles dat niet helemaal liep zoals we dat verwacht hadden... Als resultaat ben ik dus niet in mijn kleine hobbykamer geweest en heb pas zondagavond laat een tijdje kunnen stempelen en meer... Dus deze CaS in het weekend is gemaakt in het weekend, maar de foto en deze post dus pas op maandag...
Het is vochtig en grijs buiten en het regende ook regelmatig de afgelopen week. De bomen zijn niet groen meer en er ligt op sommige plaatsen wel 15 centimeter aan afgevallen bladeren op de grond; Oké terug naar het seizoen van het moment; de herfst! Dus blaadjes, paddenstoelen, eekhoorns en egels en meer...
Ik ben begonnen met heel veel herfststempels en stansjes uit mijn verzameling te zoeken en dit was de 1e die ik daarmee maakte.
Natuurlijk met een van mijn lievelingsdieren; een eekhoorn! Eerder had ik de eekhoorn stempelset gekocht en later kwam ik de bijpassende stanzenset nog tegen toen ik in de UK bij de firma zelf iets bestelde dat in Nederland niet meer bij de winkels te koop was... Die verdween ook in m'n mandje al heb ik die hier nog niet gebruikt.
Last week we had no stamping afternoon and all kinds of things that didn't worked out as planned and this weekend again all kinds of things didn't go as we thought they would... As a result I didn't spent time in my little craft room and was only able to 'play' with stamps and more a bit late on Sunday evening...
It is wet and gray outside and it was raining a lot last week. The trees aren't green anymore and on some places you find 15 centimeter of falling leaves on the ground; Oké, back to the season of the moment; Autumn! So leaves, mushrooms, squirrels, hedgehogs and more... I started collecting a lot of Autumn stamps and die-cuts from my stash and this was the first one I made with them.
Of course with one of my favorite animals; a suirrel! Some time ago I bought a squirrel stamp set and later on I came across the fitting die-cut set when I ordered something at this firm in the UK that I couldn't find in the shops in the Netherlands anymore... It went in my shopping basket but I didn't use it here.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenWe share that love of Squirrels Gerrina, I watch them for ages in the garden and paddocks, now we have three colours, the normal grey ones, the black ones that was released into our grounds by a wildlife charity and now some dark red/brown colours where the two have bred.
