Vlak bij mijn hobby tafel staat een doos met al uitgestanste dingen. In mijn hobbykamer heb ik geen plek om te kunnen stanzen, dus dat doe ik op de keukentafel. Zo tussendoor kan ik dan even tijd nemen om wat uit te stanzen en die gaan dan naar de doos, waar ze zo voor het grijpen liggen als ik zin heb er te gebruiken. Heerlijk dat je dan door kan en niet dan nog aan het stanzen moet... Vandaag dus eens door die doos gegaan en deze pauw, takken, zonnetje en tekst eruit gevist. Door wat papierblokken gebladerd en eigenlijk vond ik dit wel een bijzondere combinatie; dat wilde ik wel proberen samen te gebruiken... Dit is het geworden:
Near my craft table is a box with already cut die-cuts. In my little craft room I don't have enough space to be able to die-cut, so I do that on the kitchen table. That way I can take some time between all I do to die-cut. The die-cuts go in the box, ready to use them when I feel like using some. It is great that I don't have to take time out for die-cutting when I am creating someting...
Today I went through the things in the box and took this peacock, branches, sun and text. I went through some paperblocks and thought this would be a special combination; I want to try to use them together... This is what I made:

Inkt: DI Dusty concord, Mermaid lagoon, Cracked pistachio, Twisted citron, Mustard seed en Spiced marmelade
Overige: Aquarelpapier, aqua cardstock, bont vellum, kwast en water en wit cardstock
Degene die hier in huis parmantig rondloopt en net zo trots kan poseren als een pauw is Latte, de poes van onze dochter:
The one that walks trough our house in a majestic way and can easily pose just as proud as a peacock is Latte the cat from our daughter:

That gold looks really lovely as a backdrop for the elegant Peacock Gerrina. Latte looks lovely, Cats are so graceful compared with dogs, two of ours don't seem to understand the word walk and charge everywhere at pace.
