Oh heerlijk het is weer zaterdag! Dat betekend weekend en dus wat CaS-kaarten nadat ik nog even naar buiten ben geweest, want al is het koud, het zonnetje schijnt zo lekker!
Oh wonderful it is saterday again! So it is weekend and so I made some CAS-cards after I went outside to enjoy the lovely sunshine, altough it still is cold outside!

"Home sweet home"

Vandaag weer een reminder  voor onze uitdaging bij het TIME OUT challengeblog. Deze week hebben we nog steeds een "Home sweet Home"-foto als inspiratie voor je creatie.
Een tijd terug heb ik al eens geëxpirimenteerd met de Elegant writerpen hier. Dat heb ik op deze AJ-page nu weer gedaan. Bijna niet te geloven dat ik alleen maar een pen, kwasten, water en een waterpen gebruikt heb, toch? Dit is mijn page:

Vandaag / Today

Nadat ik zaterdag de drie CaS-kaarten had gemaakt lagen er nog wat kleurtjes en stempels en stencils op mijn tafel. Een van die stencils is het negatieve gedeelte dat je overhoud als je iets uitstanst. Ik bewaar die wel vaker om er later nog als een stencil mee te werken. De stans heb ik hier voor een kaart gebruikt. Dat heb ik op deze AJ-page ook gedaan. Een van mijn voornemens voor dit jaar is om meer AJ-pages te maken, dus geen kaart, maar een page gemaakt:
After making the three CAS-cards saterday, there were some colours and stamps and stencils laying on my craftstable. One of the stencils is the negatieve part that remains if you diecut. I often keep them in my stash to use as a stencil later. I used the diecut-piece on a card here,  That is what I did on this AJ-page. One of the things I want to do more this year is to make AJ-pages, so this time no card, but an AJ-page:

CaS op zaterdag 95 / CAS on saturday 95

Vandaag alweer weekend, oeps: dus zaterdag en CAS-kaartendag hier... Dus heb ik na al het gerommel en hh-werk mezelf aan het eind van de middag maar eens een heerlijk een tijdje in mijn hobbykamertje verstopt. Moet lukken met dochter sportief aan de gang geweest en moe terug en manlief iets aan het uitzoeken :) en al de regen buiten...
En hoe heerlijk: vandaag gestart met vers rubber; het mounten van 2 nieuwe stempelsets van RubberDance Artstamps die nu gewoon in Nederland te koop zijn. Alle drie de kaarten hebben als verbindende factor en als extra uitdaging voor mij dan ook een of meer stempels uit een van die twee sets en de kleur rood...
Daarna aan de slag gegaan voor de 1e kaart, maar geen zin om weer een witte ondergrond te gebruiken, dus daar "omheen" gewerkt met deze kaart:
Today again the start of the weekend, oeps: so saterday and CAS-card-day here... so I have to spent a lovely time late this afternoon in my craftroom, after I did all my hh-work :).  This should be no problem with the daughter tired back from her hockeygame and DH puzzeling on something on the PC and all the rain outside...
And a so good to start with some "fresh"rubber; I mounted 2 new stampsets from RubberDance Artstamps wich I now can buy here in the Netherlands. As an extra challenge all three cards have a binding factor of stamps out of those two sets and the colour red...
After the mounting I started with the first ard, but totally no way I want to start at a white background; just not in the mood for that, so I worked "arround" that on this card:

En de 2e kaart is weer eens een Mixed Media AJ-page, gevolg van LIM waar texture gevraagd word. En weer geen witte achtergrond...nog steeds even geen zin in... Omdat ik uitzie naar zwem-weer, heb ik deze kaart gemaakt:
The 2nd card is a Mixed Media AJ-page, ust because they aske for texture at LIM. And again no white background... still not in the mood... Because I long for swimming-weather, I made this card:

Iets voor in huis / Something for in the house

Vandaag iets heel anders... Ik heb een aantal oude planken (als die eens konden vertellen wat ze allemaal meegemaakt hebben) gepakt, deze aan elkaar gemaakt en wit geverfd. Er een ketting en oogjes aangemaakt en ben deze met een aantal takjes-stencils en inkt gaan bewerken. Daarna heb ik er spijkers ingeslagen om fotolijsten aan te hangen. Zo heb ik een mooie en steeds te veranderende manier om van foto's te kunnen genieten.
Today something else... I took some old shelfs (if they could tell you what they have had for a journey), put them together and painted them white. Put a chain for hanging on it and have used some branche-stencils and ink to decorate it. Next I put some nails in it to hang the photoframes on it. Now I have a beatiful way to enjoy my photo's and can change them easily if I want.

Na het vast lijmen en vastzetten met 3 balkjes en het wit verven zag het er zo uit:
After glueing the shelfs together and secure them with two little beams and painting it white it looked like this:

De spijkers voor de lijstjes erin geslagen en de ketting om alles mee op te hangen bevestigd en de lijstjes eraan gehangen/Finish:
Next I fastend the chain to hang it up and put the nails for the framesin/ Finish:

Natuurlijk heb ik ook een "stukje" buiten voor je; Met de strenge nachtvorst van dinsdag op woensdag ontstond er een prachtig ijs-patroon op het dak:
Ofcourse I got a "piece" outside for you aswell; With the severe frost from tiesday night this is what I saw on the roof:

Wie weet druk ik een van deze foto's nog eens af op papier en ga er dan mee aan de gang... zo vind ik overal inspiratie...
Who knows, maybe I print these photos on paper and give it a go....that's how I find inspiration everywhere...

In Frankrijk / En France...

De twee weken van onze challenge op het TIME OUT challengeblog zijn weer voorbij gevlogen, dus start er vandaag een nieuwe uitdaging. Als uitdaging hebben we deze keer weer een "Home Sweet Home"-inspiratiefoto. Die vind ik zelf altijd heerlijk om te doen!  Ik heb ervoor gekozen de skyline van Parijs te gebruiken en de kleuren blauw, wit en rood, naast natuurlijk het zwart. We zijn heel benieuwd wat jij ervan maakt!
The two weeks of our challenge at TIME OUT challengeblog are gone so quickly again. So today the start of a new challenge. The challenge is a "Home Sweet Home"- inspirationphoto. Those are the once I always love to do! I was inspired by the skyline of Paris and used the colours of their flag: Blue,white, red and next to black ofcourse. We are looking forward to see what you come up with!

Gast-Designer bij CASology! / Guest-Designer at CASology!

Vandaag tussendoor ook nog CAS op mijn blog: Vorige week met deze kaart (die met het masker) bij CASology gewonnen en gevraagd om daar voor de uitdaging van deze week Gast Designer te zijn. Nou daar hoefde ik niet lang over te denken; daar heb ik natuurlijk gelijk ja op gezegd!

Today again a CAS on my blog: Last week I won with this card (the one with the mask) at CASology and got the question if I would like to be Guest Designer for this weeks challenge. Well that was something I didn't need a long time to think about; ofcourse I said yes!

Dus vandaag de kaart die ik maakte als Gast-Designer voor hun nieuwe uitdaging met als onderwerp het woord: EGG! Natuurlijk kwam ik al gauw op een paas-kaart:
