Soms heb ik helemaal geen ideeën om te stempelen en het toch CaS te houden. En dan ben je wat aan het zoeken tussen al je hobby spulletjes en kom je deze houten figuurtjes tegen. Samen met een stencil is een CaS kaart dan snel gemaakt...

Wat word daar gekookt? / What is cooking?

Nadat ik een moody project met een heks stempel had gemaakt en een van de nieuwe stencils uit de set van 4 had gebruikt, was ik er aan toe om het iets 'lichter' te maken. En weer met een (voor mij) nieuwe heks stempel! Ben benieuwd welke versie jij leuker vind? De 'moody' scene of deze?

After I made a moody project with a witch stamp and used one of the new stencils from the set of four, I was totally ready to make something 'lighter'. And again with a (new to me) witch stamp! I am curious wich one you like more? The moody scene or this one?

Halloween met een heks / Halloween with a witch

In dezelfde week dat ik de nieuwe serie stempels van Andy Skinner binnen kreeg, kreeg ik ook de stempels die ik besteld had van de nieuwe release en wat oudere van Lavinia binnen. Die moesten dus even wachten... Maar op een van de gezellige stempeldonderdagmiddagen kon ik er eindelijk mee aan de gang.

Heerlijk als je nieuwe stencils en een nieuwe heksen stempels hebt en er een 'moody' en 'spooky' scene mee mag maken... Ik had lol bij het maken en hoop dat jij 'm mooi vind...

In the same week that I got the new stamps from Andy Skinner, I got the stamps that I ordered from the new release and some older ones from Lavinia in the mail. Those had to wait for a bit... But on one of the fun stamping Thursday afternoons I finally could get them inky... It is fun when you have new stencils and new witch stamps and can make a moody and spooky scene with them and I hope you like this...

Nog een keer de twee meisjes uit de nieuwe serie stempels van Andy Skinner. Zouden het zusjes of vriendinnen zijn? Bij deze stempel is het water al toegevoegd en dat gaf me het idee om deze grote cirkel stempel te gebruiken. Deze lijkt wel een grote golf en dus vond ik 'm er wel bij passen... Ook hier heb ik het kleurenpalet klein gehouden. Voorlopig is dit de laatste met deze stempels; het waren heel wat projecten, maar ik vind deze stempels dan ook heel mooi...

Again the two girls from the new serie from Andy Skinner. Are they sisters or friends? On this stamp there was already water added and that gave me the inspiration to use this big circle stamp. It looks almost like a big wave and so I thought it would fit nicely... And again I kept the color palette small on here. For now this is the last one with these stamps; this were a bunch of projects, but I think these stamps are really beautiful...

Met grote stappen / With big steps

Op een been kan je niet staan, dus deze stempel moest ik gewoon nog een keer gebruiken...

Deze keer op een achtergrond die meer dan 10 jaar in mijn achtergrondendoos lag en waarop ik heel in het begin het stempelen geoefend heb... Het viel me mee dat het heel gewone gekleurde papier zo goed overweg kon met de inkt en water!

You can't stand on just one leg, so this stamp had to be used again...

This time on a background that was in my background box for more than 10 years and on wich I, in the beginning practicsized stamping...  I was surprised how good the plain colored paper held the water and ink!
