Spelen met stencils en gelliplate 6 en thee / Playing with stencils and gelliplate 6 and tea

Een van de meest gebruikte technieken met de Gelliplate heb ik natuurlijk ook gebruikt bij mijn 'speelmiddag' met de Gelliplate; achtergronden maken met stencils. Ondanks dat ik het streven heb deze achtergronden ook te gebruiken, bleef deze maar in de achtergrondendoos liggen. En dus werd het tijd deze te gebruiken! Vandaag ben ik er eindelijk ervoor gaan zitten en heb er dit mee gemaakt:

At my 'playdate' with the Gelliplate I used one of the most used techniques with the Gelliplate; making backgrounds with stencils. Even if  I want to use all the backgrounds that I make, this one landed in my backgroundbox and stayed there for a long time. So now it was time to use it! Today I finally sat down and made this:

Zwaan / Swan

Als 3e kaart/Art Journal Page met de PanPastels maakte ik deze met de zwaan. Een stempel die ik nog steeds zo mooi vind... Op vrijdag de basis gemaakt en later heb ik de zwaan nog gekleurd en het riet gestanst, gekleurd en toegevoegd. Fijn dat ik die ook weer een keer heb gebruikt...

The third card/Art Journal Pagfe with the PanPastels that I made is this one with the swan. A stamp that I think is so beautiful... On Friday I made the base and later I coloured the swan and diecut and coloured and added the reeds. So glad that I used that one again...

Hé hé, van de week al wat meer zon gezien, al werden en worden we nog steeds regelmatig nat en soms uit de richting geblazen op de fiets... Maar vandaag start het weekend met een zonnetje en daar word ik helemaal blij van! In die sfeer vandaag een heleboel gedaan en natuurlijk ook nog verder gegaan aan mijn boek. Ik hoop dat jullie nog steeds geen genoeg van dit dametje hebben; ik heb nog wat bladzijden te vullen...

Hé hé, this week we saw some more sunshine, even though we still got and get wet and are being blown of the direction we wanted to go on the bike sometimes... But today the weekend starts with sunshine and that makes me happy! With that spirit I did a lot today and ofcourse I wemt further with my book. I hope you don't have seen enough of this little woman; I have some more pages to fill...

Vier alles / Celebrate everything

Vandaag weer een reminder  voor onze uitdaging bij het TIME OUT challengeblog. Deze week hebben we nog steeds het thema "Celebrate en de twist die-cutting/fussy cutting".
Ik heb een stans gebruikt dat ik al veel te lang in de lade had liggen, het negatieve deel van het papier gebruikt om de achtergrond-"sigaren" te sponzen en de gestanstte delen ook gesponst. Een landschapje gemaakt en het daar opgeplakt, wat ganzen laten vliegen en een kurklint bestempeld en erop geplakt.
