Als laatste maakte ik op een van de gezellige stempel donderdagmiddagen dit project, maar ik kreeg het niet helemaal af. De achtergrond is weer een stuk aquarelpapier waarop ik het stencil schoonmaakte dat ik op het geëmbosste papier heb gebruikt. Het geëmbosste papier maakte ik met een nieuwe embossingfolder. Het was al jaren geleden dat ik er een kocht, maar deze past, vind ik overal bij...  Het meisje is gestempeld en uitgeknipt, al doe ik dat liever niet, nu ontkwam ik er niet aan. Thuis heb ik de papieren op elkaar geplakt en washitape erover verdeeld.

The last project that I made on one of the fun stamp Thursday afternoons was this project, but I ran out of time and didn't finish it. The background is again a piece of aquarelpaper on wich I cleaned the stencil that I used on the embossed  paper. The embossed paper was made with a new embossing folder. It has been years that I bought one, but this is one that fits, I think, anything...

The girl is stamped and cut out; something I rather like to avoid, but this time it couldn't be done differently. At home I glued the papers on top of eachother and added the washitape.

En dan is het weer weekend na een koude en voornamelijk grijze week... Vond dat ik mezelf en jullie wel wat mocht opvrolijken met wat frisse kleuren... Ik heb Marcie op een lekker zachte stoel gezet met een heerlijke kop thee:

Zomer Challenge 2022 dag 3+6+7 / Summer Challenge 2022 day 3+6+7

Dit was wat ik heel enthousiast op 1 juli schreef:

Gosh; de nieuwe Zomer Challenge is begonnen! Dit jaar heb ik me voorgenomen om die prompts waar ik zin in heb te maken op het moment dat ik er tijd en zin in heb en me niks aan te trekken van wanneer en van welke dag een bepaalde prompt is. Dus krijg je diegene die ik maakte niet op volgorde te zien, maar lekker door elkaar... Ik ben dus ook niet van plan alle 62! prompts te maken, maar gewoon te kijken wat ik maak en hoeveel ik er maak...

This was what I wrote very enthousiast on the first of July:

Gosh; the new Summer Challenge has started! This year I have the plan to make only those prompts that I like and that I want to make on the moment I have time to do them and not do them all or in the order they are given. So you will see the ones that I made in the order that I made them and not in the order of the daily promnpts. I have no plans to make all the 62! prompts, but just go with the flowand see how many of them I will make.

En dit is wat ik daarna schreef:

En toen begon de Zomer Challenge 2022 bij de Scrapheap op 1 Juli. En de eerste dag/prompt was: vakantie. Leuk, maar, omdat ik zo kort geleden nog met de Zomer Challenge van 2021 bezig was geweest, kwam deze me wel heel bekend voor... of niet? Ja hoor: dag 18 van de Zomer Challenge van vorig jaar was precies hetzelfde... Da's nou jammer! En een misser, want er zijn zoveel dingen waaruit ze kunnen kiezen... Die ga ik dus niet te maken; dat deed ik vorig jaar al. 

Gelukkig was zaterdag de 2e dag/prompt: Ster. Maar... was ik die niet ook al tegengekomen? Ja hoor: dag 13 van vorig jaar is dezelfde. 

Nou hoop ik maar dat ze wel degelijk een aantal nieuwe verzonnen hebben, want anders ben ik er nu alweer klaar mee... en dat is wel heel snel als je er van de 62 toch een aantal deze en de komende maand wilde maken...

Dag 3 was een eindelijk een nieuwe dag/prompt, dus die vind je hieronder. Dag 4 en 5 waren weer hetzelfde als in 2021. Dag 6 en 7 waren weer nieuwe dus die vind je ook hieronder uitgewerkt omdat ik ze wel leuk vond. 

Dat was dus een teleurstellende eerste week van de Zomer Challenge van 2022...

Nou maar hopen dat er meer nieuwe prompts komen... Anders denk ik dat ik er maar mee stop en lekker aan de gang ga met eigen ideeën...

And than the Summer Challenge 2022 at The Scrapheap started 1 July. And the first day/prompt was: holiday. A fun one, but, through I had worked on the Summer Challenge of 2021 so late/in the last weeks, this one looked verry familiar... or not? Yes I was right: day 18 of the Summer Challenge of 2021 was exactly the same... What a pitty! And a mishap, because there are so many things to choose from... This one I won't make; I did that already last year.

Luckely saterday was the 2nd day/prompt: star. But, he wait, did I see that one too in the Summer Challenge of 2021? Yes I did: day 13 of last years Summer Challenge is exactely the same. 

I hope that they came up with some new ones, if not, I will be finished right now already... and that is super fast if you want to make a few of the 62 of this years Summer Challenge in this and the comming month...

Day 3 finaly was a new one, so you can find this one below. Day 4 and 5 were the same as last years prompts... Day 6 and 7 are new ones again, and I liked them, so you can find those also below.

That was a sad first week of the Summer Challenge of 2022...

Cross my fingers that there will come some more new prompts... If not, I think I'll stop with this and go have fun with my own ideas...
