CaS in het weekend 231: Engelkaarten / CAS in the weekend 231: Angelcards

Deze kaarten begonnen als kerstkaarten, maar toen overleed de moeder van een DT-lid. Dus maakte ik van een een condoleancekaart van. En toen vond ik de 'Magic"-tekststempel bij The Stamping Cottage waar ik een gratis Caran D'Acheworkshop volgde, dus ook de volgende werd geen kerstkaart...Toen heb ik de laatste maar omgezet naar een 'steuntje in de rug'-kaart:

This cards started as christmascards, but then the mother of one of my teamies at a DT died, so I made it into a condeolancecard. And then I found the 'Magic'-stamp at the Stamping Cottage when I was there for a free Caran D'Ache-class, so the next one didn;t turn into a christmascard either...that was the moment that I came to the conclusion that they were not ment to be christmascards so I made the last one into a cheer-card:

CaS op zaterdag 117 / CAS on saturday 117

Wat een week is dit geweest! Drie dagen lang te warm om in mijn hobbykamertje aan de gang te gaan, wat ik natuurlijk wel heb geprobeerd, maar dat was geen succes... Gisteren eindelijk lekker warm maar niet té en dus de weinige vrije tijd goed benut, maar dat zien je later deze week. Vandaag is het ook goed uit te houden in mijn hobbykamertje, maar het is ook het begin van de zomervakantie hier! Vandaag een drukke dag, dus een hele tijd op pad geweest en vanavond snel aan de slag gegaan en deze twee kaarten gemaakt:
What a week this was! Three days long it was too warm to get some stamping done in my little craftsroom, I tried, but that was no succes... Yesterday it finally was warm, but not too warm, so I have filled all the bits and pieces of free time yesterday with stamping, the results I will show you later this week. Today it is also not too warm to enjoyed time in my craftroom, but it also is the start of the Summervacation here! Today a bussy day, so first we ere "on route"and this evening I worked on these two cards:


De eerste is voor de uitdaging bij Chocolate Baroque voor hun 2e verjaardag en tegelijkertijd voor de uitdaging bij LIM waar wat tastbaars gevraagd word. Daarom heb ik kurk en burlappapier, twine en glazen druppels gebruikt .
The first is for the challenge at Chocolate Baroque for theit second B-day and also for LIM, where the aske for tactile. That's way I used cork, burlappaper, twine and glass drops.

Omdat ik echt een geboortekaart nodig had, deze als 2e kaart gemaakt met de kleuren van CASCpolours and Skethes en de lijnen-achtergrond van de photoweek bij Just Us Girls:
I am in need for a babycard, so I made one as second card with the colours ad AS Colours and Sketches and the backgroundlines from the Photochallenge at Just Us Girls:

Internationale Vrouwendag / International Woman's day

8 Maart, dat betekend Internationale Vrouwendag! Vandaar dat ik een kaart maakte met een vrouw erop en voor een vrouw van de toekomst. Heerlijk aan de slag gegaan met een van mijn nieuwe stempels op een achtergrond van aquarelpapier met opgedepte inkt van een eerder project:
8 March; it is International Woman's day! That's way I made a card with a woman on it for a woman of the future. I had fun with one of my new stamps that I stamped on a piece of aquarelpaper on wich I mopped up some ink from an earlier project:

CaS op zaterdag 46 / CAS on saterday 46

De week is weer omgevlogen en dus zijn we weer op de zaterdag en CaS-zaterdag hier beland...
Vandaag eerst wat werk gedaan en daarna aan de slag om CaS-kaarten te maken. Vandaag drie stuks. De eerste in het teken en met de kleuren van het voorjaar; Geel en groen, zoals ook bij LIM gevraagd word:
The week has flown so quickly and so we are at saterday and CAS saterday here again...
Today I did some hh-work first and then started with making CAS-cards. Today three cards. Te first all in Springcolours; Yellow and Green, just as the theme is at LIM this week:

Voor de tweede kaart de mooie sketch van Stamplorations gebruikt en met de kleuren van CAS colours and sketches er meteen een mannenkaart (Just Us Girls) van gemaakt, waarbij ik een stencil en stempels (Stamplorations), plus Distress inkt (Addicted to CAS) en gesponst (Happy Little Stampers) heb, dus deze gelijk maar bij al die uitdagingen laat meedoen:
For the second card I used the beautiful sketch from Stamplorations and with the colours from CAS colors and sketches I made it into a masculine card (Just Us Girls), on wich I used a stencil and stamps (Stamplorations) and sponged (Happy Little Stampers) with Distress ink (Addicted to CAS) , so I will link this card to all those challenges:

Het was heerlijk donderdag op de Knots! Zo gezellig iedereen weer te zien en lekker te babbelen! Ik ben helaas niet iedereen tegengekomen die ik graag daar had gezien...volgende keer toch maar beter afspreken... M'n portemonnee was in ieder geval leeg aan het eind en m'n verlanglijst weer een stuk korter! Helemaal blij dat ik dit weekend niet te veel afspraken heb en dus lekker verder met die nieuwe dingen aan de gang kan... Maar ook lekker naar buiten; genieten van de zon...
I had a blast thursday at the "Knots"! So great to see and talk with all of you! Sadly I didn't meet everybody who I had planed to see..next time it is better to set a time and place... My wallet was empty at the end of the day and my wishlist a lot shorter! So happy that I don't have too many things planned this weekend, so I can enjoy playing more with my new goodies... But I'll be also a lot outside enjoying the sun...
