Time Out #131 5e Verjaardag! / Fifth Birthday!

De twee weken van de TIME OUT Challenge zijn weer voorbij gevlogen, dus hebben we vandaag weer een nieuwe uitdaging voor je!
En vandaag een is het voor ons een bijzondere uitdaging, want: TIME OUT Challenge is jarig! We vieren onze 5e verjaardag!
Deze keer hebben we weer een tekst voor je (zie beneden). Ik maakte weer een page in een van mijn Art Journals:

Dit jaar is een van mijn voornemens om de stempels die ik al langer heb en die al een tijd geen inkt meer hebben gezien weer eens te voorschijn te halen en gebruiken. Zo was het al even geleden dat ik stempels van Lavinia heb gebruikt en dus ook deze:

Het is een weekend vol regen en storm, dus ben ik veel binnen en lekker veel met stempels en inkt aan de gang. Gelukkig heb ik naast al het DT-werk ook nog tijd gevonden om wat dingen voor de lol te maken. En dus ook voor de CaS in het weekend post:

It is a weekend filled with rain and stormy weather here, so I spent most of the time inside and used a big part of my time to work with stamps and ink. So glad I had some time to make some things just for fun, next to all my DT-work. So I also made somethngs for the CAS in the weekend post:

Uil / Owl

Oeps, mijn bakje met halve projecten en ideeën die ik nog wil maken stroomt bijna over... Dus vandaag heb ik een kaart afgemaakt met daarop een grote uil . Ik kwam er maar niet uit wat ik er nog meer mee wou doen; washitape frame, iets dat meer op een lijst in 3-D lijkt of iets anders? Vanmiddag zag ik alle repen en reepjes liggen die ik over had na het snijden van heel veel projecten en viel het kwartje opeens; een gevlochten frame. Dus wat gekliederd om de repen te kleuren, en na het drogen aan het vlechten geslagen:

Oeps, my box with half-made projects and things that I want to make almost overflows... So today I finished a card with a big owl on it. I didn't now what I should add; a washitape frame, something that looks like a 3-D frame or something else? This afternoon I saw all the stripes of paper that I cut by making a lot of projects and the idea to twine them and make a twined frame popped in my head. So I got some real inky fingers colouring them, dried them and twined them:

Gekooide muziek / Caved music

Ken je dat? Zie je een stempel en vind hem zo mooi dat je 'm koopt en dan blijft deze een hele tijd liggen zonder dat je 'm gebruikt, omdat je geen idee hebt hoe dan? Nu dat was het geval bij deze stempel van een vrouw met een kooi als rok... Dus gewoon maar op een kaart uit mijn vrouwen Art Journal begonnen met haar en de vlinders te stempelen en weer een keer m'n Memento Luxe gebruikt met een paar andere stempels die ook op mijn tafel lagen en gekeken wat eruit kwam. nou dit dus:

Is this something that happened to you too? You see a stamp and think it is beautiful and end up buying it. At home it stays on your table without using it for a long time, because you don't know what you want to make whit it. That was the case with this stamp of a woman with a birdcage as a skirt... So I just started stamping her and the butterflies on an Art Journal card from my Womans Art Journal, used my Memento Luxe ink again, that I didn't use for a long time and used a few stamps that were also laying on my table and just let it grow. This was wath came of my session:

CaS in het weekend 238 / CAS in the weekend 238

Vandaag weer geen zon, maar gisterochtend was het droog, dus weer lekker buiten geweest. De 1e kaart van deze CaS-reeks heb ik vrijdag al gemaakt. Weer een kaart voor een vriendin van onze dochter. Zij heeft een hele mooie kat, dus een lieve erop gebruikt, zodat deze mee kan doen met de 'fluffy' uitdaging van Addicted to CAS en ik heb gelijk de schets van CAS(e) this sketch en natuurlijk het landschap in een kader van de Liftchallenge gebruikt, plus me laten inspireren door van alles van de inspiratiefoto van Addicted to Stamps and More en de kleuren voor de Colourchallenge gebruikt. Vandaag vond ik nog de verjaardagsuitdaging van JUG erbij, dus zo kon ik in een kaart weer veel uitdagingen combineren...

Today again no sun, but it was dry yesterdaymorning, so I spent some happy time outside. The first card of this CAS-serie is one that I made friday, again for a friend of our daughter. She has a gorgous cat, so I used a sweet one to join in with the 'fluffy'challenge at Addicted to CAS and I took the sketch from CAS(e) this sketch, and ofcourse the landscape in a frame from the Liftchallenge, got inspred by bits and pices of the inspirationphoto ad Addicted to Stamps and More and the colours of the Colourchallenge. Today I found the challenge at JUG that fits, so I could again combine a lot of challenges...

De 2e kaart gemaakt om mee te doen bij LIM: 'Horoscope"; een lastige, dus heb ik de mooie leeuw van Katzelkraft gebruikt, die lag al een tijdje te wachten on voor het eerst inkt te zien. Zo kan deze meedoen bij Inkspirational; 'Use your stash'. Mijn verjaardagskaarten gaan hard, dus het werd een verjaardagskaart voor de voorraad. En natuurlijk voldoet deze kaart ook aan de uitdagingen van de Birthdaychallenge en 'All about ocassions' van de Watercolour Wednesday uitdaging.

The 2nd card I made today to jon in at LIM; 'Horoscope'; not an easy one, so I used the beautiful lion from Katzelkraft that was waiting to see some ink for the first time a while. So ths one can join in with the "Use your stash' challenge at Inkspirational. My birthdaycardsgo fast, so t had to be  birthdaygard for my stash. And this card fits in with the Birthdaychallenge and the 'All about ocassions' challenge from the Watercolour Wednesday challenge.

Start van het voorjaar / Start of Spring

1 Maart; het begin van het meteorologische voorjaar...
Vandaag is het nat en somber buiten; echt een dag om binnen flink door te werken... Dus veel gedaan, zoals ook deze kaart. Op verzoek gemaakt voor een vriendin van mijn dochter die eindelijk weer huisdieren mag... ze krijgt zelfs twee konijnen voor haar verjaardag:

Today is a wet and gray day here; so a good day to work hard inside...  So I did a lot ...and made a requested card for a friend of my daughter who finally is alllowed to have pets... she even gets two bunnies for her birthday:
