Het duurt altijd even voor een nieuwe release van Lavinia ook hier in de winkel te koop is. Dus kijk ik naar alles wat iedereen ermee aan het maken is en baal een beetje als iemand iets maakt dat veel lijkt op een idee dat ik had met die nieuwe stempels in de tijd dat ik aan het wachten ben... En vaak moet je pre-orderen en zijn er stempels die je graag zou willen al op tegen de tijd dat jij tijd hebt om achter je PC te gaan zitten en bestellen...
Maar, tegenover zulke 'baal'-momentjes staat dan gelukkig het moment dat je ze binnen hebt én de tijd hebt om ermee aan de slag te gaan! Ik laat alles wat ik gezien heb in de tussentijd los en ga dan lekker met mijn eigen ideeën aan de slag...
En dat is wat ik deze stempel vandaag ben gaan doen...
Dit was niet het eerste dat met een van de de nieuwe stempels onder mijn handen vandaan kwam; ik had wat moeite om het CaS te houden...
It takes a while before the new release from Lavinia is sold in the shops here in The Netherlands. So I look at all what everybody is making with them and are a little bit sad when I see that someone has made something whit the new stamps that looks like the idea I had to make with them in the time I'm waiting for them... Often you have to pre-order and are the stamps you would like sold out before you had the time to sit behind the PC and put them in your shopping card...
But, thankfully, these moments of a bit disappointment are offset by the moment you receive them and have time to next to work with them! I'm letting go of everything I've seen and then I happily work with my own ideas...
And that is what I did with his stamp...
This was not the first one that I made with the new stamps; I had some trouble to keep it CAS...

What a great design for the cute mouse. I love it surrounded by flowers. I finally got my lavinia mice too with a few others from this release but wish I had gotten the full release. It's so great to see you at my Garden Party!
