Bevroren en tropische wereld / Frozen and tropical world

Ondanks het feit dat ik 2 projecten alleen nog maar een stukje hoefde af te werken, bleven deze liggen tot vanmorgen. Onze dochter is afgelopen maandag voor haar studie voor een half jaar naar Wales vertrokken, dus er was van alles te doen voor die tijd en natuurlijk het heel vroege opstaan om haar naar Schiphol te brengen; we waren terug voor de buurtkinderen naar school moesten... Het kostte me een dag om weer in een 'normaal' ritme te komen. En nu nog het eraan wennen dat we haar een tijd niet zoveel zullen zien...

En daarna kwamen de dingen die we normaal doen nog en zo vloog de tijd en heb ik hier onbedoeld een korte 'break' genomen.

Het 2e project dat ik afgelopen vrijdag maakte was nog een keer een bevroren wereld, maar dan eentje met daarin een tropische wereld... Ik vind het contrast zo mooi en die stolpstencil is zo leuk om te gebruiken...

I already made 2 projects that I just had to finish off a little bit, buthese stayed on my table umtill this morning. Our daughter went to Wales last Monday dor a half year for her studym so there was so much to do before that day and of course the get up real early to bring her to Schiphol; we were back before the kids in the neightbourhood went to school... It took me a day to get back into a 'normal' rythme. And now I have to get used to see her a lot less the coming months...

And after that the nprmal things had to be done and all of that made time fly and so I took a little 'break'while I didn't meant to.

The 2nd project I made last Friday, was again a frosty world, but this time one with a tropical world in it... I think the contrast is so beautiful and the bell jar stencil is so much fun to use...
