Maandag de 22ste was mijn vader jarig. Voor hem maakte ik deze kaart. Iets in de manier waarop het haar van deze jonge man zit deed me denken aan een foto van mijn vader in zijn jeugd en ook aan een foto van zijn opa... Hij vond 'm leuk en hij en mijn moeder herinneren zich die tijd goed...
En tja, dacht dat ik wel af was van het werken met cirkels, maar helaas weer helemaal aangestoken door de uitdaging bij Art Specially en alle voorbeelden die ik overal weer zag...
Monday the 22th it was my fathers birthday. I made this card for him. Something in the way the hair is sitting on this young man made me think of a photo of my dad in his younger years and also on a photo of his granddad.... He liked it and he and my mam remembered that time very well...
And tja, thought my need to work with circles was well put away, but "sadly" it has started again fired up by a challenge at Art Specially and all the examples that I saw again everywhere...
